WHAT DO WE PRODUCE ?

A wide range of Rubber Components made strictly to customers drawings and specifications.

Our products include Gaskets for Mechanical Assemblies, Functional Membranes Bellows, Special Mouldings, O-rings, and we bond rubber to other materials.Our customers range over most of the Industrial Spectrum, from the Chemical, the Mechanical, the Electronics Industries to the Furniture and Watchmaking Industries.

OUR PRODUCTION FACILITIES :

We are located near the city of Bergamo and operate from a well equipped modern Factory. Our planned production system and facilities are managed by qualified operators, who use the latest technology which is updated on a regular basis.

Incoming raw materials are constantly checked by the Laboratory, and the production processes are regularly monitored and verified. The finished products are inspected and tested to UNI-DIN procedures.

In the manufacture of our customers products we regularly use most Rubber Compounds  - ACM-EPDM-FPM   FKM-ECO  CO-HIR-NBR-NR-SBR-MPQ   MVQ-MFQ FVQM-EU  AU-HSN.

As previously stated, the Laboratory checks all incoming compounds, and our records allow us to trace any batch back to the original Material Supplier.

When necessary, we co-operate with our Raw Material suppliers to recommend a Rubber Compound to meet a customers specific application and specification.
